Gender: MaleAge: 31 Already Tried: he went to hospital was put on high blood pressure medicine, and lexapro and was scdeduled a ( can't spell this colonosopy) but it can't be done till one month from now, talked to him couple of hours ago still very sick, vomiting, diaharhea, dry hives, no energy, anxiety. i told him he needs to go to another hospital.
He sounds sick enough to me that I wouldn't wait. I think he should be admitted and worked up. Bleeding is not normal.
do you have any idea what it may be?
Colitis of some type. Ulcerative or crohns colitis would be my guess.
is these possible things serious?
If it is colitis , yes it is serious. But it can be treated. But with the limited medical info I have, I can't be sure what he has but there is reason for serious concern.
