Can I ask it here? OK thanks! For three weeks now, I have SEVERE pain in the upper to mid left side back pain that radiates to my left breast. Feels like a spear is going through my back DOWNWARD to my chest. Also feels like I am laying on a lump if I try to lay on my back but huisband said no indication of a lump.

In my opinion you should undergo an ultrasound examination to rule out any associated kidney stone.
Some times kidney stone can cause left side pain especially on the back side .
You should visit ER for appropriate injectable treatment to manage the pain .
Also they will send you for relevant radiology investigations for appropriate diagnosis and management .
