In looking up symptoms on WebMD or the Mayo Clinic sites, it looks like i may have an appendicitis. I am supposed to get on a plane to go home in 4 days. If i go to the hospital & need surgery, how soon would i be able to fly?

Hello

After surgery for appendicitis, one can take flight after 10 days to 5 weeks. It all depends on the health of the patient. Some patients shows quick recovery in a week.

Also it is advised, that one should fly first class and get up and walk around every half hour .

After surgery, doctor advice should be taken, before taking flight.
