I got shot in the neck 3 yrs ago with a bb gun. I took the bb out the same day. now my skin healed but the area where i got shot at as grown to a bump/ bubblelik thing. what is it call and how could i get it removed?

Since 3 years have passed, I do not think it will go now. It ccould be a fibrous scar or a keloid. Examination can only tell that. It might require surgery. You should see a plastic surgeon. Thanks.
