I had surgery on my Left Fellopian tube , distal portion ,Md stated after anastomosis of the tube it was patent . Just about one Year now I realise I am not getting Pregnant so I did a Hysterosalpingogram. Result showed No Filling of the L Fallopian Tube with no Peritoneal spillage on the Left. IS this the end of my dream of getting pregnant.

No, your dreams are not dashed. An interventional radiologist can pass a small guidewire (approximately l/40th of an inch) is advanced through the tube to open it up. Contrast is then injected to demonstrate spillage into the peritoneal cavity. The success rate is about 65-90%. Speak to your Ob/Gyn about this.
