I have a 14 yr old son who played football today. His temperature

Resolved Question:

I have a 14 yr old son who played football today. His temperature was 102 then we cooled him down to under 100. He went to bed and now it is back up to 101 - should I go seek help or continue to keep watching him and trying to cool him down?

Do you believe he is suffering from a sickness, or do you believe he had been overheated while playing outside?
Does he seem to be confused, or lethargic?
