HelloCustomerbr />Thanks for your questing, I do need to get more information from so I can help.Does the pain move around your chest?Have you have any pain in you neck or arm when having this pain?Any nausea, or shortness of breath?Any medications?Does anything help? What is your general health?~SM
I have struggled with a constant sense of light headed feeling or dizzyness for over eight months. Also have muscle twitches. I have had an MRI to test for MS, blood tests and more. I do not have MS they keep saying that it is stress, but I do not feel stressed. I am on Citalopam. I have always had very low blood pressure. THe feeling is not a pain, but like a cough with out the air movement. It happens very quickly and the repeats agin within a few minutes. I am healthy other than the constant lightheadedness/dizzyness and random muscle twitches
How low does your blood pressure run?
98 over sixty somthing. Usually in the 110 range
Are you a runner?
I do some bicycling and lifting about twice a week
If you are very active that would explain your low BP. Although it does fall into normal range.Sorry for all the questions, but I need a clear picture of your problem. What would you say your stress level is?Does the Citalopram seem to help?Do you seem to worry about other things in your life?~SM
MY stress is manageable. the antidepresant seemed to help at first; however, it no longe seems to do anything. Rage worst part us that I am constantly fatigued. I Do worry, but I don't feel obsesed about it! I am not a hypercondtac, and Proor to these issues I was 100% normal.
Have you had a thyroid test?~SM
I don't know if you got my reply? But I have had my t3 t4 and Tsh, all are normal,
This does sound very much like hypothyroid.I would suggest that you see a Endocrinologists to have a full endocrine panel run. You may be suffering from an adrenal problem, that an Endocrinologists with be more apt to diagnosis. If you need more information please let me know.~SM
