My elderly Aunt (83) ownes her condo. Condo rules state no a/c units or window fans in windows. She had diffcultly breathing because of the heat. If we get a doctors letter stating that she needs a/c because it is a medical emergency, will the condo association have to allow an a/c unit in her condo. Thank you, XXXXX XXXXX
