Yoru doctor can decide, judging by your health history and current medical condition if this or some other medication would work well for your particular situation. We do not prescribe medications here and you will not find any online doctor to do something like this as it is illegal and unethical for them to prescribe medications without seeing you in person. I would also not try and purchase medication online without a prescription, as this can be quite dangerous- not only may you not get what you ordered, but it may be confiscated by customs and you can be fined.
