A likely cause for your symptoms is restless leg syndrome. This can occur due to circulation problems, electrolyte imbalance, vitamin deficiency, muscle strain etc. I would suggest taking a daily multivitamin supplement like Centrum to treat any vitamin or mineral deficiency. Also you can take Tylenol as needed for the pain. You should also see a doctor to get some tests done, including blood tests for electrolytes, anemia, blood glucose, and imaging tests for circulation.
Regards.
