DearCustomer

Greetings and welcome to justanswer,

Does he suffer from diabetes?

what are the antibiotics he is taking?

did he have the blood c/s done?

Customer replied 1025 days and 3 hours ago.

non diabetic, yes experincing blood clots in intestinal area, not sure of type of antibodies being used.about 5 years ago a portion of his colon was removed due to Chrons desease, has a "pouch" so small intestine is vital, we were told also that effects are being evidenced in his liver and kidney, but nothing has shut down. also told that they were checking to be sure that his heart was not causing blood clots, but he has good blood pressure and ekg is good, sepsis was only mentioned early on, but the treatment that is being followed is exactly what is described for treatment for sepsis.

DearCustomer

Thank you for the information,

As per the symptoms, he is already a diagnosed case of sepsis so it needs to be treated with proper vigorous antibiotic therapt to control the infection.

The antibiotics should cover the gram positive, gram negative and anaerobic bacteria.

The blood c/s, urine c/s and sputum c/s is advised to know the causative organism. The c/s report will help us in finding the causative organism and change the drugs accordingly.

He should also maintain proper hydration and take good diet rich in proteins and vitamins and minerals.

The low dose of steroid, activated protein C may be used after consulting the doctor.
