i think i have a problem with my blood sugar levels

Resolved Question:

i think i have a problem with my blood sugar levels... i am always feeling tired and dizzy/lethargic usually meaning i need to eat something... but i eat something now and feel even worse afterwards. like fuzzy brain where i instantly need to lie down and close my eyes... this has been increasingly getting worse especially that heavy head feeling where i instantly need to sleep, any ideas?

Hello,
Have you checked your blood sugar level and blood pressure ?
Do you feel associated nausea, vomiting, bloating, cramping, diarrhea?
Are you taking any medication?Any Birth control pills?

hi i have had my blood pressure checked occasionally and not had any problems daily but i do get low blood pressure now and again where i get dizzy and have to sit down, usually around my period but this ill feeling is constant and hits after i eat at its worst. i havnt had my blood sugar levels checked,i think that they may be the problem... only other symptom is blurryness of vision occasionaly however i wear contacts and think this is a result of loss of focus when tired. not on birth control pills.

Hello,
As such Hypotension (low blood pressure )can result in following symptoms
Blurry vision
Confusion
Dizziness
Light-headedness
Sleepiness
Weakness
Even there may be possibility of Hypoglycemia (Low blood sugar ) which can result in Confusion,weakness, dizziness and visual disturbances - blurred vision .

Sometimes, hypoglycemia occurs after meals because the body produces more insulin than is needed. This type of hypoglycemia is called reactive or postprandial hypoglycemia.

So it is advised to undergo Blood pressure monitoring and blood sugar check up.
Eat small meals and snacks about every 3 hours.
Exercise regularly.
Eat high-fiber foods and limit foods high in sugar, especially on an empty stomach.
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and highly starchy foods.
Do meditation and deep breathing exercises to relieve stress.
