The GFR is the glomerular filteration rate and is a test to measure the kidney function.The normal values of GFR are above 90.


The GFR of 60 represents the Stage 2 of the kidney damage and you should be cautious about the type of food you consume and also control your blood pressure within the normal range.It is a matter of concern as the kidney damage has occured in you.You should take less of salt and protein in the diet avoid the nephrotoxic drugs.
