Chills without fever may indicate following possibilities
Age - elderly may have more difficulty with body temperature regulation
Stress or anxiety
Uncontrolled diabetes
B–vitamin complex deficiency (may increase cold sensitivity)
You need to undergo blood sugar, CBC (Complete blood Count), TFT (Thyroid function test) to rule out the possible cause
You should drink plenty of water and multi vitamins supplements
You should take coffee, tea and warm water to drink
You should do meditation and deep breathing exercises to relieve stress
I suggest you to consult your regular doctor for further evaluation and management.
I hope this helps.
