Hello,

These blisters are probably from an infection of that area, not necessarily a sexually transmitted infection.

You need to see a doctor for an evaluation and probably a prescription for antibiotics.

Until then, please keep the area clean and do not try to pick on the blisters.

You can apply an antiseptic ointment like Neosporin over it, that should help you until you can see a doctor.
