What is your BP and Pulse ?
Any history of varicose veins ?
Do you have swollen blood vessels in lower limb ?
What medications are you taking ?

Kindly explain your symptoms in detail so as to answer you in a better way .
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

I typically have low blood pressure 120/90 or so

no varicose veins

no swollen blood vessels in lower limbs

I do have allergy issues. In the last week I have taken Caritin ( I usually don't take this)

and Bendryl and I recently started taking Advil.

I also had an Epi-pen shot very recently.

Could this be an allergic reatction to medication?

It looks like a light red/purple rash on my ankles and 1/2 way up the back of my legs and on the top of my feet. No swelling.

Petechia is a small red spot on the body, caused by a minor hemorrhage (broken capillary blood vessels).

Petechiae may be a sign of thrombocytopenia (low platelet counts).

Further clinical examination is required in your case including blood work like Hb,TLC,DLC ,Platelet count ,ESR ,AEC .
Another possibility to be ruled out include
Allergic rash .
Varicose dermatitis

You should be seen by a dermatologist for further management .
