There are a few causes of feeling frequency in the urine.

Infection of the bladder or cystitis is the most common cause.

Stone in the urinary system may also cause irritation & urge to urinate.

Other cause can be from urethral syndrome . In this condition no infection can be found.

A definite cause is not known. The causes supposed to be are hormonal imbalances, reaction to food, or chemicals like douches ,soaps, ,dysfunction of pelvic floor muscles etc

You need to do further investigation to find out the cause.

Repeat urine culture, Ultrasonography,or imaging studies can be done.

A consultation with an urologist can be taken.
