Thank you for the information,

The dizziness or light headedness may be due to many reasons-

There may be dehydration , allergy, loss of fluid or fall of blood pressure, glucose etc .

Heart rhythm abnormalities may also lead to the attacks of dizziness or faintness.

It may also occur from anxiety or stress or any neurological cause.

In your case there is a possibility of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo where calcium particles of the inner ear can irritate the nerves causing this sensation .

You need to have an examination by doctor to find out the exact cause.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Please ask if you need any clarification.

Best wishes..

If your ear is normal , you can consult a neurologist for an examination.

However, sometimes no cause can be apparent also.
