Resolved Question:

My daughter has been experiencing dizziness, chills, nauseau, low grade fever, diahrea, headache, and sore neck. She just lost her balance and fell and when I got her to bed, she was clammy. She has taken pepto bismol for the stomach and stool problems. she has taken her daily meds of lamictal, wellbutrin, and cymbalta. Should I take her into an emergency room or have her sleep and wait till morning?

well seemz she has gastroentritis and must get evaluated. I would encourage that you take her to ER and get evaluated. they can check her blood for infection, give IV fluids and anti-emetics.
