Hi.Can you please provide me with any details for an operation on the male external urethral sphincter muscle.If I needed an operation on this muscle could the operation be performed under local anasthetic?Could it be performed in a doctors surgery and also does the corpus spongiosum end at the prosate and also if any nerves/veins/arteries extend from the prostate and into the corpus spongiosum?If they do, if these nerves/veins/arteries became enlarges could they slightly restict urine flow?
