Since how long? Any other symptom? Any test ?Have you seen doctor?

when in the er pulse was at 199 they lowered to 124 this seems to be the norm., earlier i was feels like poor circulation, weak, nausia, fingers cold, shortness of breath, sweating, this was all while on 2mg of xanax. they suggested doing a lot of test (mri stress test, and ultra sound) but i don't have the funds to do all these

Increased heart rate can be due to sinus tachycardia or supraventricular or other tachycardias. Tachycardia is increased heart rate from any cause. Possible causes of increased heart rate can be heart disease, anxiety, hyperthyroidism, caffeine, alcohol, drugs etc. You should cut down if there is any such precipitating factor like caffeine, alcohol etc. You should have a check up with a cardiologist to know the actual rhythm & cause of the increased rate. Without knowing it , it will be difficult to have the proper treatment.
