Hello again

thanks for your Input

all chest pain need to evaluation, and need atleast to do a ECG / Chest X-ray

well based on your input,i think it might be COSTOCHONDRITIS,it is inflammation of the cartilage and bones in the chest wall.

i will recommend you to consult your doctor to Ruleout any other possible causes, you may need to do chest x-ray / Ecg ,,

basicaly Costochondritis can't be seen in chest x-ray or other imagine test, but it need to find out another causes

mean while you can try

1)OTC Ibuprofen (mortin /Advil)

2)a heat paid across the pain area, will be helpful to reduce inflamation

3)take proper rest

hope i have been able to help you in this issue

please ASK if you need more info / clarification

please ACCEPT,if you feel it satisfactory

best Regards
