2)is it sharp pain or dull?
3)is pain travel any where?in shoulder/arm/back?
4)any cough / fever
5)do you have any other medical condition?
6)is pain increase in deep breathing

all chest pain need to evaluation,and need atleast to do a ECG / Chest X-ray
well based on your input,i think it might be COSTOCHONDRITIS,it is inflammation of the cartilage and bones in the chest wall.
i will recommend you to consult your doctor to Ruleout any other possible causes,you may need to do chest x-ray / Ecg ,,
basicaly Costochondritis can't be seen in chest x-ray or other imagine test,but it need to find out another causes
mean while you can try
1)OTC Ibuprofen (mortin /Advil)
2)a heat paid across the pain area,will be helpful to reduce inflamation
3)take proper rest

well all causes of costochondritis is not known,only some cases of costochondritis have a clear cause, these are
Injury -over chest wall
Infection-infection over costosternal joint may cause this
and reffered pain-this is due to misinterpation by your brain,
well lightheaded is very unlikly in costochondritis ,but it seen in some patient.
