No disease as far as I know. I have had one parathyroid removed because of tumor and my calcium is still 10.4.

There are few causes of vinegar like smell in urine like diabetes, acidosis, less food intake ,excess protein in food, dehydration, defect in metabolism, etc.

You should take plenty of fluid to avoid any dehydration.

You should also have an examination of urine after consultation with your doctor.
