Hi,Customer, right now, it is impossible to tell You what   You specifically have .

You will need to consult your doctor who will refer You to an Hematologist Specialist to have   a further evaluation .

Low Neutrophils   could be related to :

Bone Marrow Disorders

Autoimmune Disorders in which your immune cells that normally defend the body against infections ,begin to attack and destroy    your own body cells like Lupus or Rheumatoid Arthritis

Viral and Parasite Infections

Deficiency of Vitamins

Antibiotics side effects

Increased or high lymphocytes could be related to the   presence of   :

Viral Infections ( like   hepatitis or infectious mononucleosis )

Parasite Infections

Lymphoproliferative    Bone Marrow   Disorder

Some bacterial Infections ( like Tuberculosis and Brucellosis )

You should consult an Hematologist Specialist to be further   evaluated   and treated .
