People think I am crazy, but I knew that something was wrong

Resolved Question:

I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. People think I am crazy, but I knew that something was wrong. It was like someone turned off a switch inside me. It is hard to do anything and I have had enough of feeling like this. Does it ever go away? If not, is there something I can do to improve the way I feel. I do take anti-depressants and have for years. Tried to stop once and sunk into a deep depression. The CFS started about 5 years ago. I have no energy to participate in life the way I want to.   Can you help?

The treatment for this is mainly lifestyle changes.

Two important ways in which to combat this are:

Maintaining a positive attitude: see here.
Exercise: see here.

With proper attitude, CFS can certainly be cured.
