my urethra punctured..insulin..There is some blood in my urine

I think I got my uretha punctured with a caverject injection(size 30 insulin syringe). There is some blood in my urine. Should I be overly concered or will this small puncture heal on it's own

All you need to do at this time is just keep it clean to prevent from infection( also no intercourse till it heals) .

small needle puncture wound routinely does not take long to get healed.

In case you suspect any difficulty in urination that is getting worse or abnormal discharge, please see local health care provider.Otherwise, just keep it clean till it gets healed up and that should not take more than 2-3 days.
