i have a 20 year old daughter who has had many utis and recurrent

Resolved Question:

i have a 20 year old daughter who has had many uti's and recurrent bronchitis. Most seemed to have cleared up. Usually dose of antibioticcs does the trick. Has a nagging cough. Took her to a pulmonologists and thinks it is a drip. Tested antibodies.Some asthma otherwise good health. IGA 21,IGG 532,IGM 82,IGE<2 IGG Subclass 1 368,subclass 2 108,subclass3 11 subclass 4 7.3. The IGA and IGG are low while the IGM and IGE are normal subclasses 1,2,3 low 4 is normal. Some are close some are off. Suggested we see an immunologist. Thoughts?? what happens next?

Deficiencies in IgG subclasses is known to make a person prone to repeated respiratory infections.

Your best option is to consult the immunologist. In some cases, Immunoglobulin replacement therapy may be needed. This will enable her to get over the infections. So you should consult the immunologist to know the best course for her.
