Thanks for all the information,

Your doctor is right mostly you have having Raynaud's disease. In this arteries that supply blood to your skin narrow, limiting blood circulation to affected areas. Treatment option are medication such as Calcium channel blockers. Alpha blockers, Vasodilators. If you are sensitive to one you can take other medication. Nerve surgery is another method to treat. You should not smoke,Exercise regularly, Control stress, Avoid caffeine, Take care of your hands and feet, Don't walk barefoot etc. Right now to control symptoms Move to a warmer area, Place your hands under your armpits, Run warm water over your fingers and toes, Massage your hands and feet etc. These measure will help you improve symptoms. Please do visit your doctor again and get alternative medication to which you are not sensitive.
