Hello, Annestasia,

Welcome to Just Answer and thanks for your question. Treatment for high liver enzymes depends on what is causing them to be high. Regardless of the cause, things you can do to help yourself would be to avoid alcohol and greasy fried foods, and lose weight if you are overweight. With some additional tests, and perhaps a liver biopsy, your doctor should be able to tell why the enzymes are high and prescribe the correct medical treatment.
