No.

In fact it drinking or eating a large amount of baking soda can be very harmful for you, since it can cause medical conditions such as:

metabolic alkalosis (since the baking soda acts as a base - the opposite of acid)
too much sodium in the blood
high blood pressure
electrolyte abnormailities
stomach rupture

Amphetamines are metabolized by the body over time, and drinking the baking soda will do absolutely nothing to speed this up, and can be very dangerous.

Alot of people say it levels the ph levels? and thats how they test. do you know if the detox cleansing products will actually work?

Because it is a base, it can alter the pH of the urine, by raising the pH.

However, ingestion of the baking soda will not cause an alteration of the pH large enough to cause false readings for the drug tests, as the pH has to exceed high numbers (which would be done by adding the substance directly to the urine).

Of course, if the pH is extremely altered, it is very easy to detect the adulterated sample, and will void the result.

And these "detox" cleansing products don't really work. Really, only time is the most reliable way to pass the test, and after about 3 days, it will be undetectable on a normal drug screen.
