let me explain like this,
the reasons for testicular pain may be due to following reasons:
Torsion of testicle, spermatic cord, Inflamation, Trauma,
sometimes its due to the complication of other diseases like strangulated hernia , or hemorrhage into testicular tumor.
Epididymitis,Hydrocele, Varicocele,Testicular cancer,prostatitis(chronic/asymptomatic)
But your symptoms is just pain, that may be linked to anxiety as you are more concerned about this problem and getting panic.
Anxiety (although a rare cause of testicular pain)is not the only reason for testicular pain,as you are taking antianxiety drugs and still the pain persist ,i suggest you to visit a Urologist for a complete examination(some blood work and manual examination may be required )...so as to rule out any possible hidden cause..
