i consult an urology doctor he gave me this medicine but i have little doubt as this may use for mental depression..Medicine is " TOFRANIL" genetically they have mentioned as " Tricyclic antidepressant Noradrenaline/ serontonin re uptake blocker. could you please tell me is this harmfull and tell me how this medicine is work also i have to use this before sex or every day even not doing sex. thank you

You can try the squeeze, start and stop technique, local anesthetic etc. If they do not work, you have to take the medicine what was prescribed by your doctor. Tofranil is also used as anti psychotic drug. You have to take them regularly daily and make follow up with doctor for dose adjustment.
