Resolved Question:

I have a pain in my right breast, just under my arm pit, i can find no lumps but feels sore when checking. I have had this pain for a couple of months not just around my period. Have changed my bras to see if this is what is causing the pain, but has not changed. Do i need to see my GP

Will be going to work in an hour and wont be back in till this evening at about 8pm

You should be evaluated by your GP for this problem.
There may be a swollen deep lymphnode, or a local infection (like cellulitis - less likely due to prolonged duration), friction / positional pain or even a brachial (nerve) plexus trauma.
The exact cause may need further tests and specific treatment, hence an evaluation is certainly recommended,
