I have tiny red spots on the head of my penis which appeared

Resolved Question:

I have tiny red spots on the head of my penis which appeared 1 week after having unprotected sex with my girlfriend. They don't itch or hurt and are flat. What are they and what caused them?

Do those dots itch or pain ?

How many are they ?

Do they seem to contain fluid / yellow pus ?

Do you have any swollen nodes in your groin ?

Have you had a fever / body ache since you have had those dots ?

Please let me know.

No pain whatsoever, have had no fever or anything since i've had them. There are about 15-20 spots, there's no fluid or anything coming out. In my foreskin there seems to be a swollen vein or something but i'm not to sure.

Thank you for clarifying.

These spots can be due to rupture of small capillaries in the tip of the penis.

This happens due to forceful intercourse, which causes timy blood vessels in the tip of the senis to rupture, causing these red dots.

This can even be due to an infection of the skin around that area, a dermatitis.

You need to watch out for any itching / pain / fever / swollen nodes in the groin.

If these dots do not start reducing in number and size within 2 - 3 days, you would need to see a doctor for an evaluation and a prescription of an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin.

I hope this answer helps you.
