Viagra especially interacts with recreational drugs such as amyl nitrite or nitrite- poppers-, but there is no mention of cocaine. I would however advise that you don't do any illegal drugs while taking this medication as it's possible to result in adverse effects. You can read more about this medication here

Cocaine effects my sexual stamina but impedes me from getting an erection. Does it contain nitrates, or have there been any negative reactions you're aware of and is there a better solution for my erectile disfunction while on cocaine?

If you are a frequent user, then you will need to speak to your doctor but your best bet would be to avoid usage. ED is usually treated with medications, vacuum devices, or surgery. YOu would need to discuss other options with your doctor to determine what would work for your particular situation. You can read about all the effective treatments here

Last question, kind of embarrassing...is there a surgery that actually works for penis enlargement? And if so, how much can you enlarge it?
Customer

there are plenty of herbal supplements out there that claim that they can cause enlargement. However, because these are made out of herbs, they are not regulated by the FDA nor has it been tested for effectiveness or safety. None of these stretchers or other devices work either, and can be dangerous to your health. So I would not waste your money on anything like this. There are no prescription medications available for this at all. I would also not waste your time on a pump, as if it even works at all, the effects are very temporary and using one can also be detrimental to your health. As far as penis enlargement surgery is concerned, this is also controversial. If you feel you have a problem, your best bet would be to talk to your urologist about it. Here is what the FDA published about such enhancement herbs
