Spirivia contains tiotropium bromide and Advair contains fluticasone and salmeterol. There is no drug interaction between tiotropium bromide and fluticasone or salmeterol..Although there is no drug interaction between them. But advair is mostly given to prevent attacks of asthma and flare-ups or worsening of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) associated with chronic bronchitis and/or emphysema. So if you are having any difficulty, then consult your doctor who after examination may prescribe medications.
