Customer Question

I have been working out on a regular basis for 2 months now,(cardio is at least 1/2 hour a day, six days a week if not more, I am using weights also) even tho my eating habits are not as well as they should be, I am making better choices, watching my portions. My question is at the age of 41 why am I not seeing the results that I should?

As you age your metabolic rate slows down so that if you eat at forty what you did at 20 you will put on weight. How much and what you eat has the most effect on your weight
