I accidentally took double my prescribed dosage of Zoloft and am feeling really weird (rapid heartbeat). I am supposed to take 200 mg and I took 400. Will I be ok?

Nothing... FYI - I'm only 5'1" and weight about 115 so I'm really worried about taking double what I was supposed to.

As such adults can be given a maximum dose of 400 mg per day .( Link)
Although chances of getting serious side effects are less , it is ideal you should contact ER as a precautinary measure .
