How long the problem is there ? It was a small problem for some time but has become more frequent. It can sometime leak when I am out, not just when I pass stools

 

What is the color of the jelly like substance? Does it come mixed with stool? Clear

 

How many times do you pass stool? Regular, dialy

 

Do you have any other symptom? No

 

Do you have any other disease? No

 

Do you take any medicine? No

In most cases the passage of mucus is normal.

But if it continues for some days an examination by doctor is necessary.

There can be any inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn's disease, Ulcerative colitis, or any local condition of anus like fissure , prolapse etc.
