Ask Health Experts and Get Answers to Your Health Question ASAP
Is there yellow inside the pupil/iris area?
How would you describe your vision? You mention blurry, what happens when you look at a face?
Is there any pain or discharge?
How is the rest of your health?
When you mentioned yellow across the eye then I was anxious to exclude pus in the eye: here.
A yellow cornea may indicate jaundice, which may indicate a problem with your blood or liver.
As you have blurred vision withe headache then you should see your GP today for a check of your blood pressure. Once he has assessed your eyes then you may need some blood tests to rule out some types of anemia.
Have you started any medication recently?
Thank you for the extra information.
How long have you had the yellow eyes?
Have you had the follow up blood test to check kidney function etc after each dose change with ramipril?
Aside from rare infections, yellow sclera appears to be very much related to the liver, gall bladder or blood dysfunction.
Although you have had the blood tests, I am still concerned that there is a relationship between changes to the medication and possible side effects. I would ring your GP and try to get in for an appointment today or tomorrow. If the headaches are severe or the vision deteriorates then go straight to A&E
