Unless it is cold enough to drop your core temperature (it would have to be cold, and you wearing too little for the cold), it should be OK.

Contrary to popular belief, you won't catch a cold simply by working in the cold. A cold comes from a virus, not the cold.

As long as you are comfortable and dress warmly, working in the cold draft should be OK.
