PSA means prostate specific antigen. A very high levels of PSA can be due to prostate cancer, slightly raised psa can be due to benign prostate enlargement.

At your age, the normal range of PSA is 4ng/ml or less. You may be suffering from benign prostate enlargement . To make a diagnose, you need Digital Rectal examination, rectal ultrasound, urine examination. So please consult Urologist , for diagnosis and management .
