Prickly heat rash is a phenomenon or response of the skin to hot and humid conditions and affects the sweat glands.

Vaccinations are used for diseases where the causative agents is a micro organism(bacteria/virus) and uses complex biological mechanisms to prevent the infection.

Here it is physical phenomena and hence no vaccine available.
The best way is to avoid the causative factor.
Use light colored clothes, bathing regularly and use of talc will help.Eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids and vitamin supplements will help.

I hope this clears your doubt.
