Reply to DoogleNK's Post: This is really bending my brain so I want to be absolutely certain. Is there absolutely NO WAY they could have type A children? (I am O- but both my sisters--one older, one younger, are type A) Thanks!
O blood group people do not have A or B antigen alleles, so they just cannot pass these alleles to their kids. Without these allelles, the kids can only have O blood group. With both parents of O group, kids MUST be O group.
