cramping..I recently had blood tests which came out okay..knee

Resolved Question:

I have been having muscular aches and pains, with some cramping. I recently had blood tests which came out okay. I also get Synvisc knee injections and take Etodlac, Singulair, Asmacort, AmbienCR, and occasionally Proventil. I have tried eating more bananas, pickles, and raisins. One doctor prescribed Carisoprodol 350mg.(Soma), which I try not to use. Are there any special foods or natural remedies that would help? Thanks, Diane

Omega-3 fatty acids found primarily in fish, but also in flax seed, pecans, walnuts, tofu and green leafy vegetables, help fight inflammation and hence relieves the pain..Take vegan diet with lots of uncooked berries, vegetables, fruits, nuts, roots, seeds and sprouts. Raw potato juice therapy is considered as the best with anti inflammatory action. So good for relieving the pain & tension of muscles. Eat healthy & nurtrious.Take nutrious diet containing good amount of iron, calcium, magnesium, multivitamins.

Loading up on junk foods, high-fat meats, sugar and fast foods will increase inflammation in your body.Common oils like corn, sunflower oil are very rich in omega-6 fatty acids and can increase the inflammation. So these should be avoided.
