Hello,

Welcome to Just Answer. Your anesthesiologist or nurse anesthetist will visit with you before your surgery begins to go over pertinent parts of your history and ask last minute questions. At this time you should disclose just how much cocaine you used today. They can then account for that when they are giving you anesthesia. While they are always on top of what happens on a minute by minute basis during surgery, it is not in your best interest to keep any drug you use a secret. You gamble with your health and well-being this way. They aren't the drug police and will not report this to authorities.
