Last Monday I was working out at the gym. And all of a sudden I had a terrible chest pain. And I had to stop working out. Later I went home it kept hurting. Since then my chest hurts sometimes and my shoulders and legs hurt. Did I pull something? Should I go see a doctor?

Hello,

From you history it appears that it may be due to muscle pull.

It may be due to excessive, inadvertent or unaccustomed use.

You may take OTC analgesic like Mortin after meal 2-3 times a day.

If it does not help you should consult your doctor.

Thank you. But When I was working out, I was using a machine on my legs. How would I have pulled a muscle in my chest when I was working on my legs?

If your exercise did not have any interfference with the chest muscles, it may not be muscle pull.
Then other causes of chest pain should be sought.

Is the pain static in that place or radiate to any where?
