Grovers disease is a skin condiotion, that's caused by sun exposure, and manifests itself with blisters, may be filled with liqiud and red itchy spots, aphtaous ulcers in the mouth are possible. Slight bleeding may occur.Transient Acantholytic Dermatosis is other name for this disease.
If this is the disease you asked about, it's no contagous. Sun exposure seem to cause it, but exact cause is unknown.
