My daughter breaths through her mouth a lot and also snores very loud at night. I''m concern because I don''t think she sleeps well at night..most of the time she''s tired and her teachers have also noticed that as well. She sounds very conjested most of the time. What do you recommends?

Hello,

Your daughter needs to be examined by a Ear - Nose - Throat (ENT) specialist.

I think she is having enlarged adenoids, these are lymphoid tissues around the wall of the pharynx, that is the air conducting passage.

This will produce symptoms that are consistent with what you describe.
