Some children develop a rash on their hands when they aquire a conditon called fifth's disease. It is common to see the rash on the hands with this condition. It is actually caused by a virus. Children with this sometimes also have red checks. You should ask your doctor about the chance of that being what your daughter has. They can test for it with just a blood test. I hope this helps you
